Crystal Castles have announced particulars of their very first new album without having singer Alice Glass.

Glass left the band in 2014, and her departure was not an totally amicable one particular. When former bandmate Ethan Kath recommended that she “didn’t appear on Crystal Castles’ greatest recognized songs” and that “people frequently gave her credit for my lyrics,” Glass hit back, “For the record, I wrote nearly all of the lyrics in my former band and the vast majority of the vocal melodies,” calling Kath’s comments “manipulative.”

Now even though, Crystal Castles are attempting to place all that behind them, with Amnesty (I) set for release next month (19 August). It’ll consist of previously released tracks ‘Char’, ‘Concrete’ and ‘Femen’, recorded with new vocalist Edith Frances.
