This weekend’s Rock Am Ring in Germany at Mendig Airfield, and The Governors Ball Music Festival on New York City’s Randall’s Island have been both cancelled due to serious climate last weekend.

Some quarters of the American press known as the occasion the 1st festival to be cancelled due to climate adjust.

In the previous Bearded Theory in 2009 was hit by a tornado, and Wakestock 2012, Glade Festival in 2007 and Glastonbury Festival in 2005 were produced memorable soon after becoming hit by flooding. But there have been comparatively handful of current festivals disrupted by poor weather in the UK. Final weekend’s events enjoyed decent climate and let’s hope that freak climate conditions cause no disruptions this summer time.
