first acts announced for BerkoFest

Starsailor’s James Walsh, The Wonder Stuff’s Miles Hunt and Erica Nockalls, Republica, Hackney Colliery Band, Shane Lamont, and host Robin Ince are the very first acts confirmed for this year’s BerkoFest which takes spot in Berkhamsted, in Hertfordshire happening on Saturday 10th September 2016, at Berkhamsted Cricket Club.

The small family members-friendly music festival returns for a fourth year to a natural amphitheatre in the Chilterns, showcasing established and emerging talent across three music stages. Festival goers will also be treated to the very best of regional meals and drink, and plenty of entertainment for the youngsters and these who are young at heart.

BerkoFest is all about top quality and quirky music at reasonably priced costs, and I think with this year’s remarkable eclectic line we have accomplished that,” explained festival founder Charlie Hussey. “It is also about loving regional, and some of the monies raised will be supporting nearby charities including the Swan Youth Centre which once more has its personal music stage at this year’s occasion.

Early bird tickets are priced at £14 for adults, £10 for concessions (full time students, seniors, and blue badge holders),teens aged 14 to 17 years tickets are priced at £5, tickets for those aged from six to 13 years are priced at £2.50, and cost-free to below 5s. Rates do not contain booking fees.

Throughout the day there will be a variety of tomfoolery for all the loved ones to take pleasure in which includes drum workshops, face painting and Sandy Art.
